A delicious and consistent salad!
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 50 gr soft butter
- 50 gr telemea
- ½ red onion
- salt and pepper to taste

RECIPE PREPARATION Canapé appetizer with egg salad:
Cut boiled eggs in half and mix the yolks with the soft butter until you get a paste.
Then add the grated telemeau on a fine-mesh grater, diced egg whites, finely chopped onion and green dill.
Season with pepper and if necessary with salt.
Mix lightly and serve the salad on slices of baguette, with slices of cherry tomatoes on top and a few fresh thyme leaves.
