Chicken ham salad

I prepared this salad for the casserole at work. Correspond to my diet rules !! In 5 minutes it is prepared and packaged: D

  • 150 gr chicken ham
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 celery stalk [green celery]
  • 1 mana leaf mix [radish, arugula, lettuce]
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • dry thyme
  • dried oregano
  • chilli
  • salt-optional

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken ham salad:


  1. Wash the lettuce leaves.

  2. Peel, wash and slice the carrot and celery.

  3. The chopped ham is finely chopped and seasoned with chilli, thyme and oregano.

  4. Put the leaves, celery and carrots in the casserole.

  5. Mix vegetables and greens with rapeseed oil and apple cider vinegar.

  6. Taste and adjust the taste if necessary.

  7. Add and mix with the chicken ham.

  8. The ham is salty and I haven't added any more salt.

  9. Salt if you want.

4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice

It's the turn of white and black grapes, but also pears to show you how well they "get along" with chicken ham. With small "accents" of goat cheese and pistachios sprinkled on top, this salad will prove to be great. Good appetite!

Ingredients and quantities:

400 g chicken ham
200 g black and white grapes
2 pears
200 g goat cheese
100 g pistachios

4 tablespoons pear nectar
