The pasta is boiled according to the instructions on the package.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil.
Add the diced mushrooms and tomatoes and leave on the fire for a few more minutes.
Then add the tomato paste and tomato juice, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Boil everything for a maximum of 5 minutes, after which the mushroom sauce can be mixed with the cooked pasta and drained well of water.
If not served during fasting, it can be sprinkled on top except for finely chopped parsley, grated cheese.
They are good both hot and cold.
