Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl. The bananas are passed to another bowl. Over the bananas add the eggs, 3 tablespoons oil, sugar, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt. Mix well and then incorporate the flour with the baking powder and coconut.
Make balls by hand greased with oil (a tablespoon of oil is enough) and place in a pan greased with butter and lined with flour or parchment paper.
They are placed at a distance of 3 cm from each other so as not to stick during baking. The balls can be easily pressed. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Serve after cooling.
