Beaten beans at the Crock-Pot Express Multicooker

I think the tastiest beaten bean I made came out! Cooked under pressure, all the vitamins and all the taste of the vegetables remained intact and gave a sensational taste! You eat and you don't stop :)))

  • 2 cups beans beans soaked overnight
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ red bell peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml of sunflower oil
  • fresh dill

Topping:

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ old teaspoon

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Beaten beans at Crock-Pot Express Multicooker:


  • Wash the soaked beans well overnight and place them in the Crock-Pot Express Multicooker bowl with pressure cooking.

  • Add 2 liters of water and close the lid.

  • Close the steam valve and set the Chilli / Beans program to 1 hour.

  • When the program is over, leave it for 10 minutes, then release the steam and open the lid.

  • Add diced onion, carrot and bell pepper, bay leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Put the lid back on, close the steam valve and set the Soup program for 15 minutes.

  • When the program is over, let it sit for 10 minutes, then release the steam and open the lid.

  • Remove the bay leaves and strain the beans.

  • Mix with a vertical blender, gradually adding oil and juice in which it boiled.

  • Put the garlic given through the press and mix until you get a fine puree.

  • Season if necessary with salt and pepper.

  • Put the beaten beans in the bowls and prepare the topping.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion cut into scales.

  • Stir and let it soften.

  • Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste, then tomato paste and a little sugar.

  • Leave on the fire for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • If the sauce is too thick you can add a little water.

  • Then put the onion sauce over the beaten beans, sprinkle a little green dill and serve with fresh or toasted bread.
