It's a fasting recipe but it can go very well with some meat :)
- 800 -1000 g potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 thread (celery stalk)
- 200 ml of tomato juice
- a little nutmeg

RECIPE PREPARATION Potato dish:
We clean and wash the potatoes, carrots and celery.
We cut the small pieces.
In a pan that can be placed in the oven, put oil. When hot put the potatoes, carrots and celery. Add the finely chopped garlic and rosemary. Brown the potatoes a little. Add the salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Add the tomato juice. Leave it on the fire for about 10 minutes and then put it in the oven.
Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are ready. If we see that it dries, add a little water.
