Hot salad with fusilli, green beans and veal

"Goodies for Christmas"
This salad was lunch for four people. And there was something left, for two more !!! I wrapped the bowl and served my colleagues.

  • 600 gr lean veal
  • 400 gr fusilli
  • 300 gr green beans -frozen
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 teaspoon of dried and fried thyme popcorn
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 lamie -zeama
  • salt

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Hot salad with fusilli, green beans and veal:


  1. The veal was boiled in a clear vegetable soup.

  2. Allow the meat to cool.

  3. Thaw green beans. Mine was with whole pods and I cut it smaller, respectively into three.

  4. Wash the vegetables and peel the peppers and onions.

  5. Cut the peppers into cubes and the onion into slices.

  6. Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, following the instructions on the package.

  7. For efficiency, boil the same pot at the same time, together with fusilli and green beans.

  8. Drain the pasta and beans in a colander and rinse with cold water.

  9. Cut the grated meat into cubes and fry in oil until crispy.

  10. Remove the meat in a bowl and further sauté the peppers and onions for 2-3 minutes.

  11. Pour the vegetables over the meat and add thyme, pepper, fusilli and fsolea.

  12. To balance the tastes, squeeze half a lemon.

  13. Mix everything, taste and salt / pepper / sour - if needed.

  14. I decorated with red pepper slices just on top because I know that spicy lovers will choose their hot pepper.
