Bulgarian cucumber recipe

We prepare the ingredients: the cucumbers are washed, the onions are cleaned, chopped into slices, the carrots are cleaned, washed and cut lengthwise, the horseradish as well. Peel the garlic and put it in a bowl. Prepare the jars. Prepare the spices.

In each jar, on the bottom of his / their mustard seeds, pepper. Place the cucumbers, horseradish and carrots. Place onion, garlic, bay leaves on top of each jar. In each jar put a teaspoon of salt once and a tablespoon of sugar. Top with 5 tablespoons of vinegar for each jar. Finally, each jar is filled / filled with water.

Put the lids of the jars and place them in a container to boil in a bain-marie. Let it boil for about 20-30 minutes from the moment they boil. Take the jars to a cool place and cover them with beds until the next day when the cans are put in a cool place.
